The Cambridge Club Festival is teaming up with Garden House restaurant to host a one-off disco brunch on the banks of the River Cam.

Guests will be invited to join the party and enjoy the disco-fuelled brunch, complete with live music, cocktails and a feast prepared by the Garden House team.

The disco brunch is intended to give a taste of the music and atmosphere to be expected at the Cambridge Club Festival, which will take place the weekend of June 9 to 11 at Childerley Orchard, just outside Cambridge.

The afternoon will begin with a host of sharing starters for the table, including coal-fired lamb kofta with tzatziki and black olive powder, smoked salmon with herbs cream cheese and rye bread, Cornish rock oysters with spicy ponzu, jalapeno, shallots and pink hummus with goat's cheese, hazelnuts and tapioca cracker.

Guests will then be able to choose between mains of braised short rib eggs benedic with spinach and truffle hollandaise, Herb-crusted pollock with potato rosti, charred broccolini and romanesco sauce or barley risotto with a poached egg, artichoke, peas, crispy kale and pecorino.

Desserts will include strawberry and rhubarb sorbet and almond meringue or white chocolate cheesecake and apricot in rum and honey.

To get the party started, guests can enjoy free-flowing cocktails from the Garden Bar, with a soundtrack provided by the Cambridge Club Festival's resident DJ - who will play tracks from the festival's all-star line-up including Lionel Richie, Grace Jones, Kool & The Gang, Billy Ocean, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and more, with dancing heavily encouraged.

Tickets will be priced at £45 per person including the three-course brunch, cocktails and music.

Two sittings will be available, one from 12 to 2pm and one from 3pm to 5pm.
