Royston's first Menopause Café - which was held last month - saw nearly 30 women coming together at The Old Bull Inn to share their experiences.
Co-host Pat Duckworth said: "There was so much laughter and just a few tears as the women realised they were not alone in the symptoms they were experiencing."
The event was filmed by a team from BBC Look East.
Kathryne Scully, the other co-host, said: "I am sure it will have helped a lot of women who saw the report to understand that they are not alone and it’s okay to talk about it."
The next Menopause Café will be online at 7pm on November 29, and is open to anyone regardless of age or gender.
