People from minority ethnic groups are being invited to find out more about working for the police during an open evening.
Herts Constabulary is hosting the event at its headquarters in Welwyn Garden City on Thursday, November 27 from 6pm to 8pm.
Police workforce planning SupInt Cath Akehurst said: “The event aims to increase our engagement with minority communities to assist in developing a more representative workforce and will cover both police officer and police staff recruitment.”

The force is currently recruiting for communications operators, who are the vital link between the public and police dealing with emergency and non-emergency incidents.
