Families are being invited to join in the festive spirit by taking part in a Santa Fun Run tomorrow.
Participants will set off from Royston Leisure Centre for the one mile run and continue along a guided route.
There are no age restrictions, so the run can be jogged, walked or toddled.
The not-for-profit event has been organised by North Herts District Council with the aim of encouraging families to get active.
Father Christmas will be there to give every child a free gift and a Santa hat.
Festive refreshments will be available at the end. For more information call Gemma Crosk on 01462 474560 or email gemma.crosk@north-herts.gov.uk.
Entry costs £2.50 per child and is free for accompanying adults. The price also includes entry into a Christmas Craft Zone at the leisure centre.
Councillor Tony Hunter, who oversees North Herts District Council’s community engagement said: “It is the perfect way for the Royston community to get in the festive spirit in the run up to the Christmas holidays.”
