There have been plenty of poppy appeal fundraisers around Royston this week raising money for the Royal British Legion.
The charity provides life-long support for the armed forces community.
The Royston Detachment of the ATC cadets sold poppies in Angel Pavement and around the town yesterday, and last weekend.
Thomas Racher, five, helped sell poppies in Morrisons, and Barbara Charter helped raise funds by knitting and selling babies blankets.
Laura Whitford and her team of crafters at No.3 Royston have been selling handmade poppies and Newlings of Royston decorated their window and have also been selling poppies.
Poppy Appeal Organiser Lorraine McCleod said: “All of our volunteers give up their time each year and it is all very much appreciated, without them, we would not have an appeal in Royston.”
