ROYSTON: Three employees of a Royston-based electronics manufacturing company have been presented with certificates after successfully completing NVQ Level 2 courses in leadership.
Michelle Street, Graham Hughes, and William Wainright are team leaders at Tru-Lon Printed Circuits Ltd, which is based in Newark Close on the York Way industrial estate.
Paul Estwick, the company's quality manager, said: "The course involved extensive study and at times it's been challenging for them, but I am pleased they have all successfully passed, and hope we can see the benefits and improvements within the work environment.
"I am already in the process of selecting the next candidates for other courses the scheme can offer.
