Crowds turned out for the 14th Meldreth Car Show at the weekend.

Crowds turned out for the 14th Meldreth Car Show at the weekend.

Fortunately the weather this year for the show – organised by the Friends of Holy Trinity Church Meldreth – was gloriously sunny so plenty came out to see the cars which graced the church yard on Sunday.

he eclectic mix of motors dated from 1923 to 1971 – and there was also a stunning 2010 Ferrai 458 Italia.

There was also a range of motorbikes and an interesting collection of bicycles at the church in North End.

As an added attraction three working model railway set ups drew considerable interest. Attendance was up by 50 per cent on last year – when the weather was not so good and with the sale of teas and Auto bits contributed to a record profit.
