Admittedly sometimes they are wild mushrooms,
or freshly gathered at dawn mushrooms,
but this is still a very unimaginative
Christmas offering. It does not go well with
Christmas vegetables that everybody else is
sharing so we are given salad leaves!
Having sampled one or two of the risottos
on offer this Christmas they were not exactly
wonderful.
Come on you chefs out there, you can do
better than this. Anything remotely festive
would be great, and choice would be even
better. I wait with anticipation for next
Christmas.
