DO other readers find it an anomaly that the Barracuda pub
(ex-Old Post Office) in Royston has been granted a late licence to 2am, despite being in a mainly residential area, while the Nu club - purpose-built for a late
venue, and situated in a mainly commercial situation - is not.
As a resident living near the Barracuda, we find the noise at weekends excessive - and likely to increase with the warmer weather.
I would like to know the feelings of others.
