The point is that all those unlucky enough to be caught in traffic wasted valuable man hours.
What has it achieved? I hope the information gleaned is worth it.
There has to be a better way of gathering this kind of information.
How about not choosing a main arterial road?
Start on a smaller scale, and most of all Get A Life!
