salt and pepper to taste
Method:
This recipe makes a great summer sauce to serve with salmon steaks, hot or cold. It also goes well with new potatoes. Enough for four people.
Cook the salmon steaks as usual under the grill or on a barbecue, brushed with a little oil or butter. Crush the garlic with a little salt and add to the yoghurt, cream and herbs in a bowl. Mix very well together and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve poured over the salmon.
