With reference to Mr Digby and in light of the tragic death of Fiona Pilkington and her daughter Francesca reported in the national press, when oh when is the law going to reprimand the villains and not crucify the victims?

The only lessons we are teaching these wrongdoers are that it is ok to vandalise other people's property or possessions because the owners can do nothing about it, and they with advice, can even sue the poor people on the receiving end of this abuse!

Given such a green light what does this lead to? As usual, it seems, we can no longer protect what is our own, with reasonable conduct, without causing some form of punishment or grief to ourselves.

What a world we have created. Wwhere is the protection for the victims?
