Lack of funds not helping
WE have lived in West Court facing Baldock Road for many years, and have been thankful that the trees between us and the road have shielded us from traffic noise. However, trees grow and last year I ask whether the trees could be trimmed. We were told the

We were told the trees could be trimmed, but not in the immediate future. On asking again, the answer was the council lacked the funds to do this.
I have no idea of the cost, but it seems anything over and above the council budget gets little consideration.
