I AM delighted to tell you that the an additional £7435.81 was reclaimed through Gift Aid by Cancer Research UK this year for the Pink Ribbon Run.
This brings the total raised from this year's event to an amazing £41,520.81.
The support given to the Pink Ribbon Run by the people of Royston and the surrounding villages has been outstanding, and I can only say thank you on behalf of the committee to everyone who took part or acted as a sponsor.
Plans are well under way for next year's event on June 22 2008.
