From one Digby to another

I would like my best wishes passed on to Roland Digby. We are not related - as far as I know - but I had similar issues when we lived in the East End and moved, partly, to resolve them. What is such a pity here is that the legal machinations had to be so
I would like my best wishes passed on to Roland Digby.
We are not related - as far as I know - but I had similar issues when we lived in the East End and moved, partly, to resolve them. What is such a pity here is that the legal machinations had to be so long drawn out to arrive at the right outcome.
Now that the case has been dropped, I hope that restitution to Roland will be forthcoming with equal due diligence.
