Your nostalgia picture (Crow July 30) was taken at a charity darts marathon that I organised. We started at 7pm and carried on until midnight, with two people throwing at a time for 15 minute spells. I don't know what our final total was, but it must have been in the thousands.
In the picture, the back row, left to right, are Mike Devonshire, Ernie Cook, the temporary landlord at the Coach and Horses at the time whose name I can't remember, me, Mick Hawkes and Roy Tow. The two in the front are Alan Collins, and a chap called Bob, who was a local policeman at the time.
