Royston Round Table would like to thank everyone who donated generously to BBC Children in Need night, Friday November 14.
We chaperoned Pudsey to pubs in Royston and neighbouring villages, where donations were collected.
A total £1,564 was raised and has been forwarded to the Children in Need Appeal.
Round Table has fun organising the Pudsey collection each year in the pubs of Royston and the surrounding area.
Judging by the positive responses we receive, many locals look forward to getting close and personal with Pudsey and give generously, knowing that, as part of an international organisation, we will responsibly forward all money collected to the charity organisers.
