12 people added to Hertfordshire Police wanted list in April

Also on the list are a Watford man who is wanted in connection with having a weapon in a public place and a 21-year-old with links to Borehamwood who failed to appear in court over theft from a shop.

Anyone with potential information on their whereabouts has been asked to contact the force via 101 or their website using the individual reference number.

Darren Lane

Hertfordshire Police shared an image of Darren Lane on April 19, who is wanted for failing to attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court over possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.

Lane, 50, is known by police to frequent the central and West Watford areas.

Pierre Wassef

Pierre Wassef, 43, was added to the wanted list on April 12 for failing to attend St Albans Crown Court for intentional strangulation, assault and assault by beating.

Wassef’s last known address was in Watford, according to police, although he may now live in Wembley.

Stacey Richardson

Stacey Richardson, from Welwyn Garden City, is wanted by police on recall to prison.

The force said that Richardson, 36, is also known by the name Stacey O’Connor.

Stuart Byrne 

Stuart Byrne, 44, is wanted by police for failing to attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court over using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance.

Police said Byrne is known to frequent Welwyn Garden City where he previously lived.

Amran Bouhamed

Amran Bouhamed was added to the wanted list on April 18 on recall to prison.

The 20-year-old has links to the Biggleswade, Stotfold, Luton and Potters Bar areas.

John Stokes 

Hertfordshire Police said on April 22 that they are looking for John Stokes, 21, who did not attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court over an attempted theft from a shop.

Stokes was previously known to frequent the West Hyde area of Rickmansworth.

Lee Callaghan

Lee Callaghan is wanted by police for failing to attend Stevenage Magistrates’ Court over four alleged thefts.

Callaghan, 44, is known to frequent Stevenage.

Umar Mohammed

Umar Mohammed was added to the wanted list today, April 23, over failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order.

The 21-year old, who has links to Borehamwood, failed to appear at St Albans Magistrates' Court on February 21 after he did not turn up to two court-ordered appointments in January.

Maria Parson

Maria Parson is also wanted by police after she failed to attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court on February 16 over theft from a shop.

Hertfordshire Police said the 37-year-old has links to the Borehamwood area.

David Delancy 

Stevenage man David Delancy, 58, is wanted by police on recall on prison.

Chloe Bunker

Chloe Bunker failed to attend Stevenage Magistrates’ Court after she was charged with using threatening words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence.

The 27-year-old, who is known to frequent Royston and south London, was added to the wanted list on April 8.

Joanne Brown 

Joanne Brown is wanted by police for failing to attend Stevenage Magistrates’ Court over theft.

Brown, 46, is known to frequent the Hertford area where she was last known to live.
