Potters Bar-based Talent Time has three very exciting productions in the pipeline.

Based at TT Dance Studio in Darkes Lane, Talent Time will be holding auditions for showstopping musical Sweet Charity on Saturday. Inspired by the choreography of Bob Fosse, the quirky story has been a huge hit on Broadway and the West End and includes Big Spender and If My Friends Could See Me Now.

Suitable for performers aged 15 plus, if successful at audition you will join Talent Time Musical Theatre Boot Camp, where a range of West End artists will put you through your paces to choreograph and bring the show to life before it hits the stage in December.

With a crash of drums and flash of light, Talent Time will present its most extravagant production yet – Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat – at the Wyllyotts Theatre for Easter 2013.

Organisers are looking for talented singers and dancers aged 11 to 18 to take on the lead roles in the Tim Rice/Andrew Lloyd Webber musical and youngsters aged seven to 11 for the children’s choir.

If pop’s more your thing, concert Legend in December will pay tribute to two of music’s most iconic figures – Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.

The show will include the biggest hits of both, from Man in the Mirror to Queen of the Night and I Will Always Love You to Billie Jean. Rehearsals and classes began this month.

“Talent Time offer excellent opportunities for young people to be actively involved with something they are passionate about,” said TT director Stuart Glover.
