Opening group at Best

THIRTY youngsters pioneered the new Best School of Acting course based at Sandringham School in St Albans on Saturday afternoon.

The school’s principal, Lisa Schulberg, explained: “Our workshop sessions in the summer showed we were on the right track but now we’ve started we have something very special on our hands. The games and exercises were challenging and certainly tiring, but the energy and enthusiasm of the students was boundless and we all ended up having a fantastic time.

“We can already see the difference one session has made in terms of the approach the students take to their classes.”

The taster course continues for the next three weeks and there are some places available.
