CINDERELLA will be going to the ball in Digswell in the New Year.
Digswell Players’ annual production this winter will be a new musical version of Cinderella.
Suitable for all the family, the Digswell pantomime has been written by Alan P Frayn.
Opening on New Year’s Day at Digswell Village Hall, in Harmer Green Lane, the panto runs until Saturday, January 12, 2013.
Cinderella is one of the most loved pantomime stories of all time.
Digswell’s show this season will feature magical scenes, music, dance, romance, tragedy, laughter, comedy, slapstick, and all the traditional characters, including the Ugly Sisters.
So if you’d like to see Cinders in her rags, or in her ballgown, and watch as she tries on the glass slipper, there are matinee performances on Tuesday, January 1; Saturday, January 5; Sunday, January 6 and Saturday, January 12.
Evening shows are on Friday, January 4; Saturday, January 5; Friday, January 11 and Saturday, January 12.
Tickets cost £8.50, and £5.50 for under-16s, although all tickets are the full rate for the final performance.
