BBC Two’s Stargazing LIVE takes place this week and Bayfordbury Observatory in Hertfordshire will be holding a special open tomorrow (Wednesday) evening.

There will be the opportunity to visit the planetarium, see the telescopes and take part in the lab activities that will be held in conjunction with the TV series, which starts tonight (Tuesday) at 8pm.

The Bayfordbury evening is one of a series of events being held all around the country for Stargazing LIVE, which runs for three nights on BBC Two and is hosted by professor Brian Cox and comedian Dara O’Briain.
