The first Slam Dunk Festival 2014 line-up announcement is due next year.
The pop-punk, rock, metal, punk and ska music festival’s southern leg is set to return to the Forum Hertfordshire complex in Hatfield next year.
It is due to take place on the University of Hertfordshire’s College Lane campus the weekend after the 2014 Summer Ball.
The university ball is scheduled for Friday, May 16 at Hatfield House, with Slam Dunk set to take place over the late May Bank Holiday weekend.
Organisers of the main Slam Dunk tour, which also visited Leeds and Wolverhampton this year, have yet to officially announce any bands playing the North, South or Midlands legs in 2014.
"As soon as we can announce bands we will, and we will also let you know as soon as we know a date we can announce bands."
All Time Low had already been confirmed as the 2013 festival headliners by this stage last year.
But SDF14 promoters explained before Christmas on the festival’s Facebook page why no line-up details have been revealed for 2014 yet.
Ben Ray wrote: “To everyone asking about the festival next year... traditionally we haven’t announced anything about the festival till the February before.
“2013 was different, we were lucky enough to be able to do it early, indeed last December.
“There were no reasons stopping us so we saw no need to keep you waiting.
“However for 2014, we again are up against many reasons stopping us from announcing any of the line-up this early.
“As soon as we can announce bands we will, and we will also let you know as soon as we know a date we can announce bands.
“Thank you for your patience.”
