Slam Dunk Festival

DETAILS about this year’s Slam Dunk Festival line-up will be confirmed tomorrow (Wednesday).

The southern leg of the duel-site music event has been held at the Forum Hertfordshire in College Lane, Hatfield, for the past two years.

And the Leeds-based festival’s official website states there will be a first announcement about the 2012 event on February 15.

Slam Dunk caters for rock, metal, punk, emo, ska and everything in between and was headlined last year by Less Than Jake and Reel Big Fish at the University of Hertfordshire.

After teething problems at the Forum Hertfordshire in 2010, last year’s second Hatfield festival ran smoothly, with the main stage moved outdoors to the Hutton lawn.
