Knebworth music festival to announce ‘huge’ headliner today

ORGANISERS of the dance music festival set for Knebworth Park this summer are to announce a ‘huge’ headliner and more of the line-up today (Tuesday).

Underground house and techno event Eastern Electrics Festival 2013 will take place in the grounds of Knebworth House from Friday, August 2 to Sunday, August 4.

With no Sonisphere rock and metal festival taking place in Knebworth, EE2013 is the biggest music event in the county this year.

And the marquee name for the three-day, two-night event will be confirmed this morning, along with other acts playing the festival.

Stage line-ups will also be confirmed and day tickets will go on sale today (March 5).

An Eastern Electrics Facebook update yesterday (Monday) said: “Tomorrow at 11am we reveal our huge Eastern Electrics Festival headliner....

“This along with some other amazing acts plus we will be releasing day tickets starting at £30 and 2 day tickets starting at £70.”

Weekend camping tickets for the three-day dance festival are already on sale priced £115.
