Firework displays 2012: Hatfield, Hertfordshire

A HUGE firework display is set to light up the night sky in Hatfield next month to mark Bonfire Night 2012.

Hatfield House’s display returns this year on Saturday, November 3 – two days before Bonfire Night itself.

There were no Guy Fawkes Night explosives in Hatfield Park last November 5, as the Hertfordshire stately home held a massive display earlier in the year to mark its 400th anniversary, with the house used as the backdrop.

The 2012 display will take place back in the Queen Elizabeth Oak Field – not where last September’s event took place.

Gates will open at 5pm and the bonfire will be lit around 6.30pm.

Tickets cost £6 for adults and £3 for children.
