Firework displays 2012: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

A HUGE fireworks display will take place in Cheshunt the night before November 5 this year.

Cheshunt’s annual Festival of Fireworks will take on Sunday, November 4, 2012.

Gates to Cheshunt Park, in Park Lane, open at 4.30pm and there will be traditional fun for all the family before a stunning ‘Best of British’ themed display choreographed to music.

The fireworks will light up the Cheshunt sky from 6.45pm.

As well as a giant bonfire, there will also be a funfair and food stalls.

For safety reasons, no sparklers, fireworks or alcohol may be brought into the park.

Advanced booking single tickets are priced £4.10 and groups of four £14.40. It’s free for under twos.

On the night, single tickets cost £6 and it’s £20 for groups of four.

Online booking at www.broxbourne.gov.uk is available until midnight on October 31 or call the box office on 01992 441946.

Tickets may also be purchased at any one stop shops or council leisure facilities.

Free car parking will be available at the Brookfield Centre from 4pm. For disabled parking, call 01992 785574 by October 31.
