A CLASSICAL singer from Welwyn Garden City is producing and starring in a tribute show to Katherine Jenkins.
Gemma Turner can be seen at the Trestle Arts Base, in St Albans, in The Katherine Jenkins Experience.
Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins is the world’s most popular classical crossover artiste, selling more than seven million albums.
And anyone attending Trestle Arts Base on Saturday, October 5, will be given a unique insight into what makes Katherine Jenkins so popular.
Gemma Turner will be performing classical arias and contemporary crossovers, from O Mio Babbino Caro to Time To Say Goodbye, the haunting Nella Fantasia to the show-stopping Nessun Dorma, all mixed with popular show classics like Somewhere from West Side Story and pop hits like Hallelujah.
Each song is performed with passion and grace, and beautifully costumed, making the evening a true experience for fans of all good music.
