NO matter what the problems and the clash of personalities, Dalziel and Pascoe always seem to solve the crime.

Here the detectives, in the shape of Warren Clarke and Colin Buchanan, return in a two-part investigation which begins when a woman's remains are uncovered during a seemingly straightforward cave rescue operation.

As always there is always more than seems apparent.

And the investigation becomes harder as our heroes learn the truth about a murder which took place 20 years earlier.
