Battle of the Bands 21 at The Horn pub in St Albans

THINK your band has got talent? Think you could be the next Friendly Fires, Enter Shikari or The Subways?

Well it’s that time of the year to enter the latest Battle of the Bands competition at The Horn.

BOTB 21 starts at the St Albans music venue later this month, and organisers at the Victoria Street pub are still looking for some talented up-and-coming bands to come down and get involved.

St Albans indie-dance popsters Friendly Fires, post-hardcore quartet and festival favourites Enter Shikari and Welwyn Garden City trio The Subways have all previously competed in BOTB at The Horn.

To emuluate them, you’ve got to be in it to win it. The Horn’s prizes this year are well worth it. The winning group will receive £500, plus a £50 music voucher courtesy of The Music Dept, St Albans’ best guitar shop.

The three runners-up in the overall final will each receive £100.
