Royston boxer comes out on top yet again

BOXER Levi Raymond won his latest fight recently against Hooks ABC fighter Tommy McDonagh.

Raymond, who trains at Stevenage ABC, came up against the more experienced opponent who has represented England and had 34 bouts under his belt compared to Raymond’s 21. However, the outcome was never in doubt here when the Royston fighter caught his opponent with a fierce right hook in the first round.

Raymond showed his class in the second round with more powerful shots before stepping up a gear in the third and final round to win by a unanimous decision.
