Heydon Grange Golf Club captain Nick Alderton with Ray Charles and Graham Handscombe

Heydon Grange Golf Club’s Nick Alderton hosted his captain’s Shootout, a nine hole shootout between the club’s 10 lowest handicap players, on Saturday.

At the ninth the last two players were Ray Charles and Graham Handscombe.

Handscombe was the eventual winner. It was a good day for him, he also won the morning’s medal with a net 66.
