BASSINGBOURN Golf Club's April Hackers competition saw Cyril Harris win division one with John Worral in second and Gerald Sizer take division two with Suzanne Davies second and Peter Blaney finishing in third.

In two other competitions Peter Blaney won the longest drive and the nearest the pin was won by Davies.

The next Hackers event is on May 20 with an 11.30am meeting for a 12pm start.

Saturday's Easter Cup was won by vice captain Mike Bygate, his second cup victory of the year.

In second place was Davies, in third was Cyril Harris and in fourth was Terry Domagala.

The nearest the pin winner was John Holt while John Worral won the longest drive.
