BOTH Bassingbourn U10s teams notched their first wins of the season this weekend against FC Comets.

Bassingbourn Hawkers took the lead but Comets drew level with a nicely converted penalty and the game was still there for the taking until Ryan Beynon got his second of the match to clinch a 2-1 win in the dying moments.

Bassingbourn B17s struggled to get anything past the Comets ‘keeper early in the game but eventually broke them down to earn a 3-0 win with goals from Jordan Pulley, Conor Browne and Connor Smith.
