Under-12s Division Four

THE Cougars went to Letchworth Yellows and came away with a share of the points.

On a wet and muddy pitch, the Cougars got of to a poor start and within 10 minutes found themselves two goals down.

The Cougars' heads never dropped and just before half time a cross from Will Thorp put Will Hewer clean through on goal to finish well.

In the second half a Will Hewer corner gave George Woods an opportunity and the Cougars played stabbed the ball home to level the game.

A midfield battle started with man-of-the-match Tom Payne working hard and winning the ball, but it was Letchworth who got the goal that look like winning the game.

Back came the Cougars and with two minutes left they got a free kick in Letchworth's half and Woods crossed for Tom Payne to hammer the ball home to level the game.
