Under-11s Division One

ROYSTON Celtic travelled to unbeaten Bishop's Stortford at the weekend and put in their performance of the season so far.

From the off Celtic took the game to the hosts and rattled them early on as the first 10 minutes of the half saw the Stortford keeper very busy as some outstanding attacking play resulted in his goal being bombarded.

Celtic continued to push for that first goal and stayed camped in the Stortford half with Houghton in the Celtic goal a mere spectator for most of the half.

The second half began as the first had ended with Celtic completely controlling the game in midfield under the guidance of man-of-the-match Connor Little.

Celtic went close midway though the half and hit the post and in a frantic last 10 minutes the Stortford defence were pinned in their own penalty area as Celtic once again bombarded the Stortford goal but just could not get the goal they deserved.
