The eighth and final round of the East BMX Racing Summer Series brought plenty of success for Royston Rockets.

The Burns Road-based club had 27 riders in attendance at Peterborough, all giving it everything they had to achieve their final standings for the series.

Of them, 18 made it to A finals, placing them in top eight of their age group, while seven made it to podium positions.

First places went to Elizabeth Bown (female 17+), Cara Rushforth (female cruiser 30+), Ben Millington (male 13) and Dominic Hines (male 15)

Overall the Rockets finished fourth on the Summer Series club leaderboard, with 48 riders taking part across the whole series.

The winners overall were Braintree BMX Club with an impressive 116 riders taking part.
