IT would be wonderful if the Royston Town Hall site was to be developed as a cultural centre.

There could be a lecture/concert hall with a raised platform and/or tiered seating with ambient sound, including facilities for the hard of hearing; smaller rooms for group meetings; playgroup facilities; a modest but comfortable cafe.
