A young boy sustained a minor injury following a two-car collision today (Wednesday).

Emergency services were called to the A507 between Baldock and Buntingford at 10.20am after a crash involving a black Renault Laguna and a white Audi.

The collision resulted in the Renault coming to a halt on the other side of the road while the Audi left the road.

A young boy was treated by the East of England Ambulance service at the scene for a slight injury.
