TALENTED art students from The Meridian School in Royston have been displaying their work to the public.

The school's annual art exhibition showcases work produced by students studying for their GCSE exams, as well as those at A and AS level.

A daytime show was held for the benefit of pupils at the school, while an evening exhibition was put on for parents and friends.

A spokesman for Meridian School commented that the standard of work on display was "astonishing".
