TWO men have been charged following the discovery of a cannabis factory in Royston yesterday.

As reported on www.roystoncrow24.co.uk, police executed a drugs warrant at a house in Melbourn Road, Royston, yesterday morning and discovered hundreds of cannabis plants.

Today Tuan Hoang, 21 and Hoa Phan, 41, from Melbourn Road, Royston, were charged with offences of cultivating cannabis and abstracting electricity.

They were remanded to appear in court today.
