A HELICOPTER ride has been added to an auction to help raise cash for the Royston Town Centre Forum.

The ride will give the highest bidder the chance to see London from a bird's-eye view.

The auction is being organised by Royston estate agent Archers at The Meridian School, Royston, on September 9.

Organisers are still looking for "lots" which will be auctioned during the event, although it already has on offer such items as a week's holiday in a villa in Portugal.

Tickets costing £3 each are available from Archers Town & County, The Stationery Cupboard, and the Fox and Duck pub in Therfield.
