A ROYSTON school had cause to celebrate after receiving an award for their nursery and reception services.

Studlands Rise First School got the Hertfordshire Quality Standard for their Foundation Stage Unit. Reception and Nursery parents completed questionnaires and spoke with the Foundation Stage Team at various points during the process.

Jan Saunders, headteacher, said: “Special congratulations to my Foundation Stage Team on this achievement and for working together to reflect on their practice, identify areas for development and celebrate successes.”
