A family fun day is taking place in Royston today (Saturday).

The Royston & Villages Children’s Centre has organised Fun in the Park, a family fun day, in Priory Memorial Gardens which began at 10am and runs until 3pm.

The event will showcase under-5s provision in the Royston and villages area, and pre-schools, nurseries and childminders have volunteered to run stalls to promote their organisations.

There will be bouncy castles, a bouncy assault course, face painters, fairground rides, arts and crafts, hot roast, Candy floss, hot and cold drinks, the fire engine, ambulance and police quad bike along with demonstrations and information from a wide variety of services and businesses from the Royston area.
