An early-morning train from Royston to London has today been involved in a low-speed crash at King’s Cross station.

The 05.13 Great Northern train came into the contact with the buffers at the station in north London at 6.20am.

A spokesman for Govia, which runs the service, said: “A Great Northern train came into contact with the buffers at low speed at King’s Cross station. The Rail Accident Investigation Branch has been informed.”

It has been reported that two passengers sustained minor injuries during the incident. The Crow asked the London Ambulance Service for confirmation and a spokesman has said they didn’t attend.
