A knitting group can continue clicking their needles following a successful appeal for wool.

Earlier this month the Crow reported the Royston Time Bank knitting circle needed more wool to continue making scarves and gloves for people in need.

Since the appeal went out, the group has been inundated with donations.

Savita Mason, the Time Bank administrator, said: “The group are extremely grateful for the wool they have received and are always looking for others to join. So if anyone would like to help or perhaps learn how to knit they are welcome to go along.”
