DISTINCTIVE jewellery has been stolen by raiders in a Shepreth burglary.

Thieves broke into a home in the village between 1.30am and 8.55pm last Monday taking gold and silver jewellery.

Cambridgeshire Constabulary has now released images of a similar design in a bid to catch the crooks.

Detective Constable Colin Troll said: “These items are very distinctive and I would urge anyone who has seen them or been offered them for sale to call police.”

Anyone with any information should call DC Troll on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
