Police appeal for witnesses after robbery in Royston

A MAN was robbed of money as he was walking along a street in Royston.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the robbery, which took place on Newmarket Road at just after 1pm on Saturday, January 5.

The male victim was approached from behind by the offender, who demanded he hand over all his cash. The victim was not injured in the robbery.
