Firework displays are taking place across Comet country from tonight

A fireworks display will be held in Royston tonight (Saturday), providing fun for all the family.

The event at Icknield Walk First School opens at 6pm, with the fireworks display at 6.30pm. There will also be a barbecue and refreshments.

Glow in the dark novelties will be on sale, and there will be a viewing room for babies and small children.

Tickets are £3.50 for adults, £2.50 for children aged two to 16, free for under twos, and £10 for a family ticket - to include two adults and two children.

No sparklers, alcohol or unaccompanied children are permitted on the school site.
