Choir hit the right notes at residential home

AN A cappella choir hit the right notes at an old people’s home to raise funds for Comic Relief.
The Singing Aloud group entertained residents at St George’s Nursing Home, in Kneesworth Street, Royston, on Sunday.
They sung a variety of classic tunes and original compositions while taking donations for the charity.
Musical director Ruth White said: “It was a fun afternoon, and it was great to see the residents have a good time and sing along with us.”
